On October 28, 2021, Lingang Group held its Conference on Innovative Development 2021, at which the construction achievements in technological innovation service system of the Group in the year 2021 were reported and the technological innovation achievements of enterprises in Shanghai Lingang Industrial Park and the construction achievements in technological innovation ecology of the Park were released.
Meanwhile, Lingang Group officially released the Blue Paper for Technological Innovation Service during the Conference, the List of 2021 Technological Innovation Stars of Lingang Park and the 2021 Technological Innovation Service Star of Lingang Park. The construction achievements in technological innovation service system of Lingang Group in the year 2021 were intensively displayed at the Conference. For industry promotion, 10 parks in total (including 4 new parks) were approved as Municipal-level Featured Industrial Parks, comprising 25% of all parks in the city, and 31 enterprises in total (including 3 new enterprises) were granted the incubation carrier qualification at municipal-level or above. For enterprise cultivation, 41 enterprises in total of the city (including 30 new enterprises) were featured on the list of the National “Specialized, Elaborative, Characteristic" Little Giant Enterprises, comprising 15.6% of all enterprises in the city; 24 enterprises were featured on the list of the China’s Unicorn (Potential) Enterprises, comprising 19% of all enterprises in the city. For talent accumulation, the number of research personnel of all enterprises in the Park is more than 50,000, comprising 14.8% of all employees in the Park; and the accumulative effective patents for invention owned by 10,000 employees in the Park reach 420, which is 6 times that of the average level of all employees in the city.
