Material description

Somos GP plus is a low viscosity photosensitive polymer. Used to make strong, precise and waterproof parts. The components made of Somos GP plus are white and opaque, with properties similar to those of engineering plastics ABS and PBT.

Material characteristics

Somos GP plus is designed for a wide range of applications in the automotive, aerospace and consumer industries. This material has passed USP classvi and ISO 10993 certification, and can also be used in certain biomedical, tooth and skin contact applications. GP plus has been successfully applied to:
